Works in Excel and Google Sheets. The files use established formulas without macros or external links; after importing an XLSX into Google Sheets, spot-check the displayed totals.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Request a full refund within 7 calendar days after purchase. Downloading or opening the files does not remove eligibility. Email help@bshbb.com with your order number; do not send a full card number or password. Approved refunds return the full amount to the original payment method, and your bank controls when the credit appears. Verified delivery failures or duplicate charges are reviewed after seven days. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
